Three-layered dressing - meaning

Winter is one of the most capricious seasons and the rule of three-layer dressing must be observed by all those who work outdoors in the cold. Proper winter dressing includes three layers of clothing:

First layer consisting of thermal underwear / thermal blouse or cooling T-shirt in summer

Second layer consisting of a blouse second layer, thermal sweatshirt, fleece or down jacket

Third layer consisting of a technologically waterproof jacket or ski jacket
